Mat Movements + Week 2 Review
Setup: Staggered lines, one direction. Pairs form for the review half.
How it works: Lengths, twice each: bridges with a full hip turn (this IS tonight's escape — say so), shrimps, technical stand-up. Then week-2 review in pairs: three bullfighter passes each side at light resistance, finishing settled. The curriculum is a staircase — every warm-up rebuilds the step below.
What to say
- “Bridge over your shoulder and LOOK where you're turning — the head leads the roll.”
- “Review passes: straight arms, feet moving, chest finishing low.”
Easier
Bridges without the turn; review on a mannequin.
Harder
Review passes at half resistance.
