Hello Circle & Wobble Wake-Up
Setup: Spot markers in a circle, you on a spot in the circle, helpers spread opposite. Same start every week — the ritual does the settling for you.
How it works: Bow in together, slow and proper. Roll call: each name answers with a jump and a freeze. Then wake the bodies up on the spot: reach for the sky, touch your toes, roll shoulders, march tall, and finish with the first wobble test — stand on tip-toes, arms up, hold for three counts while everyone hums like a rocket about to launch.
Rounds: The three-count freeze becomes tonight's magic number — every game below ends on a three-count hold.
What to say
- “Same circle, same bow, every week — littles behave inside patterns they know.”
- “Freeze after the jump is the skill — name your two stillest statues out loud.”
- “Keep your own body moving with theirs; a demonstrating coach needs no volume.”
Easier
Roll-call answer is just a hand up; tip-toe hold drops to one count.
Harder
Roll-call jump lands frozen on ONE foot for rising fives.
